To stop a recurring or scheduled e-Transfer, you must delete it before 6:00 a.m. ET on the transfer date.

For Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking
  2. From the main menu, click Interac e-Transfers
  3. Click Status and Stop Transfer
  4. Click Delete next to the e-Transfer you want to stop

You can also view information about your Interac e-Transfer on the Account Details page:

  1. Select the account from which you're making the e-transfer
  2. Click Manage Upcoming Transactions
  3. Click Delete next to the e-Transfer you want to stop
  4. Verify the transaction details, then click Confirm

For Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign on to Mobile Banking
  2. Tap the menu button in the top left corner
  3. Tap Upcoming Transactions
  4. Tap the upcoming e-Transfer you want to stop
  5. Tap the Delete button at the bottom of the screen
  6. Confirm the transaction you're trying to delete is correct, then tap Delete

Note: Deleting a recurring e-Transfer will delete all upcoming e-Transfers in the series.
