This was our second mortgage through Canadian Mortgage Professionals and... everything went just as smoothly as our first time around. We worked with Jason this time and he was able to secure a great rate for us. We had a new build so there was a long wait between when we first qualified for the mortgage to when we took possession. Jason checked in with us regularly to see what the progress on our home was, and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for our possession. Our real estate agent referred us to the team at Canadian Mortgage Pro and... I couldn't be more happy!I had a couple of other experiences with different mortgage brokers and I didn't see the value but Jackie went above and beyond and I honestly don't think we could have gotten a better deal if it were not for her. She was very diligent in her work and made it extremely easy when they approached lenders for our mortgage.I have nothing but praise for Jackie and Bob! They are great people and it is so easy to talk to them. Jackie is very nice and Bob is a hoot haha. This step is as important as using a realtor, in my opinion. I have used... Canadian Mortgage Pros since my first home purchase. I felt strongly they were working for me and Jackie's knowledge of the industry and obvious rapport with the lender helped us. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Ken... Mercer!Ken accommodated my schedule by meeting me way across town, after normal business hours. He showed massive amounts of professionalism and patience as he slowly walked me through all the paperwork and helped outlined the best solution for me, provide math involving different scenarios. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen on my recent home purchase. As... a first time home buyer I was very intimidated by the whole home purchasing process. I'd been looking off and on for two or three years, which lead Colleen to have to do several pre approvals for me. This was done in a timely manner and never a fuss. I found her to be very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Those two qualities made me feel very comfortable with my decision to use her. I was able to focus on all the other aspects of the purchase knowing I was in good hands. Countless e-mails and phone calls were exchanged throughout the process, she was always quick to respond with good advice and answer any of my questions.
