@Bsilavong93 Approved for what? Do you mean you e-filed your tax return at 6 pm? First you have to wait for the IRS to accept your return. The IRS will start accepting / rejecting returns on January 29. Then you have to wait for the IRS to process your return and approve of your refund and issue it.
Sometime on or after Monday, 1-29 you will get an email telling you if your return was accepted or rejected. If it is rejected you have to fix it and re-file. If it is accepted then you give it a day or so and start tracking your refund on the IRS refund site.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund earlier than late February.
