If you are unable to connect your bank account automatically using your Online Banking username and password, you can use one of our other bank account verification methods:
1) You can verify your bank account by providing a full image of a voided check or a screenshot of your online banking portal that includes your full name, bank account number, and bank routing number
2) You can also verify your bank account using our two small deposits method. We will submit two deposits less than $1.00 into your account. When you see those added to your bank account, log back into your Customers Bank Personal Loan account and enter the two amounts into the fields provided.
