@comcastcares for two years all we’ve had is problems with our business Internet probably 20 service calls, all equipment changed in and out. they just can’t make it work.It goes off 4 min Then back on for different amounts of time but 4 min off all day but not everyday. No help

@Singlet0n17 @Xfinity I had the same issue. This is not Xfinity problem. It's how bogged down the servers are with as many people at one time trying to do the same. My Xbox speed was at 257 Mbps and was only DL the update at less that 5 Mbps. Now currently stuck at 100% and game won't work.
