Consider and act on approving an additional project to the Potter County Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Investment Plan; consider and act upon engaging in a contract with Deaf Smith County to house inmates. Potter County would have to supply two personnel for each eight hour shift, total of eight personnel per day; consider and act upon adding the real property situated on the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition Fairgrounds to the county's property insurance coverage, subject to the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition's agreement to pay any premiums associated with coverage of the Fairgrounds property and any deductible; consider and act upon appointing a replacement representative on behalf of Potter County as an ex officio member of the board for the Amarillo Local Government Corporation; county building environmental assessment concerning possible employee exposure to workplace environmental hazards in the old Courts Building and the County Courthouse; consider and act upon a application by D.E. Rice Construction for a road use permit on behalf of Xcel across Folsom Road; purchase of additional items for the District Courts; employment items; executive session - to consult with counsel regarding litigation for the records management area of the District Courts Building and, in open session, take any action necessary pursuant to such report and discussion.
