I was helping mydaughter with some sewing, when Ilost avery small screw that holds the needle plate onher sewing machine. Online part with shipping would have been very costly and time consuming. Icalled A-1and was told tocome ondown. The gentleman atthe counter brought out abox with several small screws and tried afew until hefound the rightone. Healso helped adjust the tension and answered aquestion for meon how tomake the machine work more efficiently.

This guy isSO honest and smart. You can besure hewon't rip youoff. He's one ofthose ACTUALLY honest people with whom you wish you could dobusiness.
Several times I've witnessed acustomer come inwith their vacuum not working, and heinstantly fixes itin front ofthem, showing the little tiny problem. For free. I needed help with myvacuum belt and roller. A1Vacuum and seeing replaced the belt and showed mehow tofix the roller soI wouldn’t have tobuy anewone. Saved metime and money while educatingme. Myvacuum isworking perfectly and Iknow how tofix itfor next time!! Highly recommend.

These guys have great customer service and really know what they are doing. They stayed open afew minutes late sothat Icould get there before they closed for the day and then reassembled mysewing machine pedal onthe spot. Ihighly recommend this shop and the remodeled store looks fantastic.
